The new kid in town is an easy target for the Bandits (or so they thought).
Not one to back down from a fight, and looking for acceptance, is what
inspired his nickname. After a confrontation with Bill at the movies,
it was an easy decision for Joe to make when Bill offered him a place
in the gang. Joe's primary responsibility was to execute the dangerous
aspects of Bill's plans. Joe contributed a hideout as well as teaching
Bill street smarts. The "T.P. Gang was born.
