An experimental piece for Golden Roll Productions. The new subsidiary
film company "Fantasy Films" releases their first short film in
which anyone can be their favorite film character.
The concept of this film was designed by Scott
Wilkinson (Buddy Boys movies, TBAA Cyclones highlights).
He contacted his long time friend Michael
W. Mowery at Golden Roll Productions and suggested something
different. After collaborating, they decided to give it a shot.
The premise was simple, replace Luke Skywalker with Scott Wilkinson. This
would allow Scott to tackle the role that we all wish we had done.
A few interesting things to mention about this
production. First of all the set was a redress of the Mr. Big chair from the
"Buddy Boys: The Movie." Take notice of the roof of the X-Wing Fighter,
it is actually the computer panel from the Star Trek Series.
This was one of the most challenging editing jobs that Michael
W. Mowery had ever attempted to date.
The hardest part was matching the background sound so that it would sound
the same when Scott
Wilkinson was on caera. The final
result received great praise and more fantasy films are being explored. On
a final note, any upcoming film will always have a "concept by"
credit for Scott Wilkinson. Also the films will be released as Golden Roll
Productions presents "Fantasy Films".
