Friends,
I was moved and touched by Peter Heller's
book ' The Whale Warriors'. I originally
began this site to show support for
The Whaleman Foundation, the Save
The Whales Again Campaign and Hayden
Panettiere. Along the way, I realized
that there are many organizations,
people and charities that also support
this worthy cause. So the site has
morphed into a news portal of interesting
facts, news stories, videos and charitable
links that I find and believe should
be shared. I am proud to say that
I have become an activist for the
cause as well. The majority of us
may not have an opportunity to visit
the Japanese village of Taiji, but
I have learned that awearness is such
a powerfull tool.

Write the Japanese Prime Minister, Yasuo Fukuda,
and tell him you will not purchase any Japanese
products or visit Japan until they stop killing

Contact President Obama and let him know that
you want the US to use its sanctioning powers
available under the Pelly Amendment against
Japan, Norway, and Iceland until they stop whaling.

Do not participate in any captive swim-with

Do not support or visit any marine park, zoo,
or amusement park that has captive dolphins
and whales.

I visited the Whales and Dolphin Conservation
Society (WDCS) website and adopted a whale.
